This is where you can buy raw honey that is produced in Delta, Utah or California and made available to people in Cache Valley. This service was previously run by Haley Call.
We are Calvin and Tisha Chipman in Lewiston, Utah. Stacey Dority, of Smithfield, Utah, has joined us to service the orders. She will help with any questions and provide the pickup location for the honey.
Since I, Calvin, am also a software developer, I decided to make the ordering process easier for you by creating a website. If we are outside the ordering period, click the Get Notified button to add your name to our list of people to notify when we are ready to accept orders.

Q: When can we place orders?
A: When the order form is enabled (around July 24th), you can place orders up until September 1st of the current year. You may be able to order after September 1st, but it will be contingent on availability and there will be a $20 late fee charged.
Q: When will the honey be available?
A: Honey will be available for pickup mid September to early October. You will be notified by email of the exact pickup date and location. You will be responsible for making pick up arrangements.
Q: Which honey is best for long-term storage?
A: The honey from Utah is the best for long-term storage because it has a lower moisture content.
Q: What is the best way to melt the honey?
A: Do not microwave the honey because it kills the nutrients.
The best way to melt the honey is to use a double-boiler and heat slowly.
